The Prince Regent Hotel, Weymouth
Dorset Heritage were contracted for a refurbishment and maintenance project of this Grade II Listed Victorian Hotel on Weymouth's historic Esplanade. The project involved sash window replacement, French door installations, wall cladding installations, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
Lansdowne Villa, Rodwell, Dorset
Working with Celebration Developments to restore this derelict manor house in a sensitive conservation area, Dorset Heritage were responsible for restoring the timber windows, shutters and exterior doors back to their former glory.
Love Lane, Weymouth
This delightful cottage on Weymouth's historic Love Lane, which still has no room for motor vehicles, underwent a full refurbishment programme, including damp-proofing, re-plastering, replacement timber sash windows and doors, fascias, and internal bathroom and kitchen re-fit.
The Old Bakery, Wareham
Converted from the old bakery in Wareham, this Grade II Listed property was in need of extensive timber refurbishment, including replacement windows, doors and entrance pilaster, which Dorset Heritage completed in August 2017.
Old Barn Cottage, Affpuddle, Dorset
Having completed phase 1 of the project to restore this beautiful 17th Century cottage, involving replacing the existing modern windows with handmade traditional timber flush-casements, glazed with thermally efficient ultra-slim double glazing units, Dorset Heritage is delighted to have been retained to complete a refurbishment programme replacing all the windows, external doors, porch, and portions of roofing.
